Actualis LLC (“Actualis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: your email address, used for login (via magic link) and account identification.
Survey responses: the answers you provide about your self-identity and self-improvement challenges, used to generate your personalized program. This may include personal reflections on sensitive topics.
Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details — Stripe handles this directly and securely.
Generated content: the personalized program produced for you, which we store so you can access it again.
Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and general access logs, collected automatically as part of standard web hosting.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Create and manage your account
• Generate your personalized program (your survey answers are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, solely to produce this content — see Section 3)
• Process your subscription payment via Stripe
• Send you transactional emails (login links, account notices)
• Maintain and improve the Service
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your survey responses for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following providers to operate Actualis. Each processes a limited, necessary subset of your information:

These providers are contractually and technically limited to using your data only to provide their service to us.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored with Supabase, a hosted database provider with industry-standard security practices. We restrict access to your personal data using row-level security, meaning your account information and survey responses are only accessible to your own authenticated session and to Actualis’s backend systems — not to other users.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and generated programs for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Cookies
Our website may use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and basic site functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children’s Privacy
Actualis is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
